Return & Exchange Policy
At DECH-X, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
Return Policy
You may return any item purchased from DECH-X within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
• Refunds will only be applicable for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• The product must be returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
2. Refund Process:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited to your original method of payment.
3. Cancellations:
• Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can initiate a return once the product is delivered.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item, you can do so within 7 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@dechx.in to initiate the return or exchange process.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment or send out the exchange item as per your request.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
