We currently deliver across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Free for all orders


3. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

4. Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
• Non-Metro Areas: 5-7 business days.
• Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Delivery Partner

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order is damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dechx.in with your order ID and images of the package.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier partner will attempt a second delivery. If it remains undelivered, the order will be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply.
